You’ll manage the Assets and Spare parts Inventory for Affiliate country in EMEA, as well as coordinate with third party service providers, manage the demand & supply of instruments /spare parts needed for Refurbishment/Repair. **What You’ll Do** + Interface between 3rd Party and ABBOTT + Contract and pricing negotiations with 3rd Party service + Collaborate with Commercial and Planning teams to gather inputs and insights for demand forecasting for Instruments Refresh/Refurb. + Provide input for production and procurement plans to 3rd Party Service provider based on commercial demand forecasts. + Receive and review Purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and feasibility. + Coordinate with 3rd Party Production, Inventory, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. + Monitor backorder order status and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise. + Communicate order updates, delays, or changes to Business and internal stakeholders. + Collaborate with the Global Logistics team to optimize transportation and delivery processes. + Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability at Affiliates while minimizing excess or obsolete inventory. + Analyse demand patterns and collaborate with the Global Planning team to determine Inventory replenishment requirements. + Coordinate with Warehouse personnel to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely replenishment. + Drive new Contract signoffs and renewals with 3rd party service provider. + Track Vendor payments and escalate in case of issues. + Work cross-functionally with other teams to streamline processes and resolve any bottlenecks. + Coordination of product and material flow between ABBOTT, ABBOTT affiliates and service providers + Assurance of ABBOTT quality requirements and delivery performance of suppliers **What will be YOUR Impact** + Support Gross margin improvements projects for Core Lab Diagnostics EMEA + Inventory optimization for Affiliate warehouse in EMEA + Coordination of Instrument and Spare part reconditioning, communication with product specialist and assurance of ABBOTT quality requirements and delivery performance of suppliers. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. + 3 years experience in process optimization + 5 years experience in reconditioning of diagnostic instruments + 3 years supervising experience + Excellent knowledge in Power BI and VBA software + SQL Database knowledge + Proven experience in Demand Planning, Order Management, or Supply Chain Operations + Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English + Negotiation skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
