Assistant Manager - HRO

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, HRO Payroll Administrator
Must have knowledge of Overtime, Overpay, deductions, shift differential, Off Cycle cheque, Pay research etc.

Job Responsibilities for US/Canada Payroll include:
1. Knowledge of ADP E-Time and ADP EV5 , ADP tool as a whole is a must requirement
2. Knowledge of Successfactor is also a requirement but it’s preferred.
3. ADP Time Attendance knowledge, and its reconciliation
4. Must have handled US/Canada Payroll queries and providing the accurate resolution
5. Reviewing and Validating Pre-Payroll files
6. Must have knowledge of Overtime, Overpay, deductions, shift differential, Off Cycle cheque, Pay research etc.
7. Coordinating with client to receive approvals of payments
8. Must have handled On-Cycle and Off Cycle pay runs
9. Must have knowledge of Pre- Payroll, Pay research and Post Pay activities
10. Must carry knowledge of Funding to the bank and GL Reconciliation
11. Must have knowledge of deductions and earnings
12. Fundamental Knowledge of US/Canada Tax is required
13. Fundamental knowledge of Payroll deductions in terms of Medical coverage is must
14. Should have knowledge of Payroll compliances and legalities
15. Should have knowledge of Year End work like adjustment, corrections, Deduction File load, W2 season etc.
16. Should be adept in building controls for smooth runs of Payroll
17. Should be highly adept in vendor management, Client coordination, handling client calls and keeping them updated with any change in Payroll
18. Should be flexible enough to manage the stress of long days during pay runs
19. This role is very challenging role and looking for a candidate who can sail the Payroll ship efficiently

Skills required:
• Relevant experience in US/Canada Payroll
• End to end Payroll management
• Tax knowledge at basic level
• ADP tool knowledge
