Assistant Manager - Human Resources
**Employee Lifecycle Management:** Overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to performance management, career development, and offboarding. **HR Data Management:** Maintaining accurate employee data in HR systems, generating reports, and analyzing HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making. **Payroll Administration:** Overseeing employee records in the payroll system UltiPro and ensuring the accuracy and consistency of employee data between the HR core system and the payroll system. **Benefits Administration:** Managing employee benefits enrollment, communication, and resolving benefit-related inquiries. **Internal Customer Service:** Provide exceptional support and assistance to internal employees by addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and smooth internal operations. **Compliance Management:** Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies, ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant employment standards. **Recruitment Support:** Assisting the recruitment team with initiating requisition process and queries related to it. **HR System Administration:** Managing and maintaining the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and system functionality. **Process Implementation and Simplification** Responsible for developing and streamlining business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring seamless integration and minimizing complexities within organizational operations. Required Skills and Qualifications: **Strong understanding of HR principles and practices:** Thorough knowledge of employment laws, recruitment strategies, performance management, and employee benefits. **Attention to detail:** Ensuring accuracy in employee records, payroll processing, and compliance documentation. **Communication skills:** Effective communication with employees at all levels, managers, and other stakeholders. **Problem-solving abilities:** Identifying and resolving HR issues in a timely and efficient manner. **Proficiency with HRIS systems:** Experience using HR management software to manage employee data and streamline processes. **Teamwork and collaboration:** Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across the organization. + 1-3 years of work experience. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred. + Intermediate level experience and proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros. + Experience with SAP SuccessFactors preferred but not required. + Experience with an HCM such as SAP, ADP, Dayforce strongly preferred + Experience utilizing AI tools and techniques. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent time and task management capabilities. + Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
