Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in all restaurant operations. With a commitment to best practice, you will lead the continuous development of your crew members, whilst maximising the growth and profitability of your business.
About the Role
The Assistant Manager is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant whilst performing their duties. They will be Guest obsessed, providing outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to our guests, through their people.
Duties
Conduct structured training for crew membersDeliver individual coaching & mentoring sessionsDevelop shift plansDrive sales & profitabilityMonitor production controlsComplete business reporting for sales, service & safetyMaintain profitability by closely monitoring costsManage all shift safety & hygiene requirementsSkills & Experience
Retail or Hospitality leadership experience preferableExperience delivering exceptional customer serviceExceptional organisational & time management skillsStrong verbal & written communication skillsProven ability to adapt and learn quicklyBe willing to provide a current Police Clearance Certificate if successfulManagement Training Plan
If successful – you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and business.
