About the Role
- Managing and coordinating various activities within the agency to ensure smooth operations.- Assists department heads/supervisor in maintaining a smooth, effective, and efficient daily operations of Agency and liaise with other functions for implementation of initiatives and projects.
- Provides all-round and comprehensive operational support to agents.
Agency Management (70%)
Managing and coordinating various activities within the agency to ensure smooth operations such as MOC.Identifying areas for efficiency and effectiveness improvements in operational processes.Development and implementation of SOPs for the agency's operations.Identifying and mitigating risks that could impact the agency's operations.Assists department supervisor in identifying and providing all-round and comprehensive support and services for agents related to agents’ rewards, recognition and incentive.Facilitating effective communication within the agency and with external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on goals and priorities.Attend cross-departmental meetings, working groups and briefings that are related to agency business. Participates in a range of activities related to agent services and to comply with the AIA guidelines; (e.g social media marketing and compliance)Handles and processes agent’ requests and enquiries effectively and efficiently; and to ensure timely delivery of services by meeting departmental benchmarksPrepares regular tracker/reports on agency activities to department head for reviewOther responsibilities (30%)
