This role is to provide management of security, operational and physical security controls to protect the company assets and properties including its clients’.
This position is also responsible in maintaining the compliance to global and local security standards. Responsible for all physical security, internal and external audits, with zero/minimal non-compliance.
This role will also serve for new requirements; incoming transitions and improvements related to organic growth.
This role is also responsible for providing risk vulnerability inspections, evaluate and provide recommendations.
Responsibilities
PHYSICAL SECURITY:
• Collaborate with security team and conduct physical security and risk vulnerability inspections, evaluate and provide recommendations.
• Ensure all physical security requirements of accounts (existing and new) are in place
• Own and manage all Physical Security Audits (internal and external) and check compliance with client requirements to avoid/minimize findings during audits
• Collaborate with global team on global physical security requirements, policies and procedure. Update the physical security policies and procedures as needed. Support other functions’ audits i.e. EHS audits, Infosec, DOLE, etc.
• Daily monitoring of security activities i.e. VMS, log sheets, and other documentations to ensure completeness as per process
• Conduct monthly inspection to ensure all required physical security controls are in place and proper implementations are performed
• Review and release security manning on a monthly basis to be provided by the security team
• Provide data and reporting relevant to physical security that will be asked by the leaders
• Must demonstrate shown attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate across various levels of associates within highly matrixed organization
• Validated ability to work efficiently in a team setting as well as independently
BCP MANAGEMENT:
• Support BCP Team in monitoring of accounts’ BCP through Archer
• Support accounts’ BCP testing i.e. scheduling, transportation service, physical readiness of disaster recovery site
• Command centers in all sites should be constantly compliant based on the requirements
• Monitor enough stock of BCP supplies and its replenishments
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT:
• Provide support to facilities team in ensuring a clean and organized work environment
• Suggest specific improvement to increase the department’s effectiveness and performance
• Collaborate with Landlord (as needed) on matters related to facilities and logistics
• Raise PR for services related to IL and ensure release of PO on a timely manner
• Coordinate with internal team about vendors invoices, payments and secure Certificate of No Due from the vendors
• Arrange team team’s activities including resident vendors
EHS / OSH:
• Conduct Facilities inspection to ensure safety and security of work premises
• Provide support to EHS Team in organizing monthly safety committee meeting
• Provide assistance during inspection of concessionaires’ commissaries for current and future vendors and its accreditation
OTHERS:
• Monthly birthday celebrants’ internal communication
• Assist the company’s/team’s CSR activities
• Support client visits as necessary
• Other tasks as given
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
• Associates Degree in business administration or similar field preferred.
Preferred qualifications
• Relevant experience in the implementation of security policies and procedure, facilities support and administration.
