About the Role

Responsible for developing strategic plans at group, entity, or function level to ensure continued success of growth and profitability

Roles and Responsibilities:

To co-lead in overall project management by identifying dependencies, next steps, project risks while ensuring all deadlines are delivered on timeTo co-lead in the implementation of cross-functional projects (existing and new)Formulating and execution of business strategy, logical reasonings and data analysisLiaise with both internal and external stakeholders across various project requirementsSupport in coordinating the monthly / quarterly business review report and presentation by working with team lead and functional team members for the Excos Manage overall consolidation and reporting of metrics in support of various operations reviewsConduct market research to analyze and evaluate industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insightsAnalyse the market share data and sharing the status quo of market position with stakeholders from Myanmar BU and AIA GroupProactively originate & take the new initiatives and strategic projects that is aligned with organization goalsPreparation of all project documentations such as agreements, meeting summary, proposals, and project reportsMentoring and support junior team members

Communication Requirements

Internal communication: Various cross-functional teams as required per projectsTo support and actively follow-up with cross-functional team for on-going internal assignments External communication: Stakeholders from various on-going projects Support in reaching out for potential business development opportunities
 

Minimum Job Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Economics, or Finance 4-6 years of work experience in strategy consulting, finance or market research roleExcellent skills in project managementFlexibility to adjust multiple tasks, shifting priorities and be able to adapt in a rapid change of work dynamicsExcellent in interpreting data, conducting analyses and deriving insightsProven ability to lead and develop project plans to achieve goalsAbility to see the bigger picture and develop actionable strategiesDemonstrate expertise in research and analysis
