Reporting to the Head of Business Proposition, HK Retirement, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting all aspects of business proposition / strategic initiatives and Change Management. The role is expected to work closely with cross-functional / geographical teams to drive the growth and optimize the Hong Kong Retirement business.
Position Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze the pension industry trends and competitors’ movement, conduct analysis and share insights which may impact our business Work with cross-functional / geographical teams to support planning and formulation of corporate- / business-wide new proposition and strategic initiatives Support the team in the preparation of management briefings to present fundings, impact analysis, financial projections and recommendations Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to formulate roadmap and timeline to execute proposed recommendations Support regular reporting of BAU and new initiatives to both local, regional and global management Collaborate with key stakeholders to communicate, manage, drive and track progress of changes due to new initiatives across business / functionsRequired Qualifications:
Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Statistics or related areasAt least 5 years’ experience in MPF / pension / life insurance industryExperience in consulting / in-house strategy / business development is a plusExperience in business planning / change management is a plusExcellent spoken and written English and ChineseStrategic thinking mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and presentation skills Strong multi-tasking and time management skillsSuperb interpersonal skillsStrong PowerPoint skills with the ability to handle complex information and distill into key meaningful insights to send a message and call for action
