Assistant Manager/ Manager, Industrial & Logistics

The Assistant Manager/Manager of Industrial & Logistics is responsible for supporting and managing industrial and logistics real estate operations, including leasing, property management, and client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the industrial and logistics sector, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to drive business growth.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Support business development initiatives and assist in identifying new opportunities in the industrial and logistics sectorManage and oversee industrial and logistics properties, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfactionConduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and provide insights to clientsAssist in the preparation of property valuations, financial models, and investment proposalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clientsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and industry stakeholdersParticipate in lease negotiations and renewalsMonitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edgeEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and company policiesMentor and guide junior team members as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field3-5 years of experience in industrial and logistics real estate or related industryStrong knowledge of industrial and logistics property markets and trendsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in financial modeling and property valuation techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant real estate softwareProfessional real estate license preferred
