CMFAS certifiedProfessional Designations such as AFP/CFP, DPFP or ChFC preferredStrong communication skills &/or training delivery experienceAble to work with internal & external stakeholdersRelevant training or sales experience in the HNW segment dealing with financial / insurance products for at least 2 years or moreWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Standard Tools (PPT, Word, Excel) and web enabling skills (canva etc)Nice to Haves:
Experience in Learning Management SystemCreation of online contentOn the job you will:
Develop training curriculum materials pertaining to HNW products, upskilling of HNW knowledge and skills-setUndertake effective HNW training for various distribution channels including agency / banca (bank partners) & LFAsDevelop training materials & work closely with various internal & external stakeholders to ensure successful HNW product launches & follow upDriving HNW initiatives collaborating with various departments/teams to drive for desired results & outcomesProvide soft skills training to boost competencies of HNW reps in the areas of Legacy & Estate Planning, Business insurance planning etcWork with relevant parties to drive ad-hoc initiatives & provide customized training support etcHanding HNW enquiries & administrative support on LMS for online learnersOur commitment to you
