Assistant Manager / Manager – Reviews  
Location: Jersey
Department: Private Clients
Vacancy type: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, Full-time

Your responsibilities

Undertaking in-depth reviews of client entities and completing Risk Analysis Questionnaires Highlight where procedures might not have been followed or overlooked  Assist the private client staff with client and/or other issues and liaise with the board and where necessary compliance  Deliver reviews in accordance with the annual plan agreed with senior management  Be approachable and accessible to the private client team, offering guidance as to how to make the files fully compliant    Accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters to ensure the clients are correctly invoiced  Provide innovative ideas on how to improve the efficiencies of daily tasks, the file review process  Promoting the highest standards of client service, administration and record keeping consistent with regulatory requirements and best practice  Assisting with clearing action points from reviews (where needed)

Your profile

Experience within the trust services industry or similar regulated business  A good awareness of Jersey local trust and company legislation and practice, including knowledge of AML Laws and Orders  Effective communicator and strong relationship management skills  Good time management and ability to work under pressure  Ability to formulate, consider and select the most appropriate solutions  Proven ability to work effectively in a team  Relevant experience within fiduciary services  Hold at least a diploma level of ICSA/STEP  Have sound business judgement and ability to assess risk  Have excellent IT and organisational skills  Be adaptable and flexible in approach
