POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Lahore Headoffice Company: Nestlé Pakistan Full-time POSITION SUMMARY To strategically manage media agency partnerships, driving accelerated media and digital performance that delivers tangible and measurable business impact. A DAY IN THE LIFE … + Seamless media planning & buying for Nestlé Brands: This includes overseeing the process of media strategy media plans to ensure they are in line with business & marketing objectives. + Ensure timely reporting, reviews & strategy sessions are happening: This involves preparing and presenting performance reports, conducting regular review meetings with agency partners and internal stakeholders, and facilitating strategy sessions to optimize campaigns. + Ensure implementation of Media Principles: This means upholding Nestlé's media guidelines and best practices in all planning and buying activities, ensuring transparency and accountability. + Working with agency teams to drive digital acceleration & innovations across various business units: This includes exploring and implementing new digital platforms, technologies, and strategies to enhance media effectiveness and reach target audiences. This also involves collaborating on innovative campaign ideas. + Budget Management: Overseeing media budgets, tracking, and ensuring accurate invoicing and reconciliation. + Competitive Analysis: Monitoring competitor media activities and identifying opportunities for Nestlé brands. + Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging media technologies, and best practices to ensure Nestlé remains at the forefront of media innovation. + Problem Solving: Addressing any media-related issues or challenges that may arise, such as campaign performance discrepancies or vendor disputes. WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL? • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Media Management, or Communications. Skills & Experience: + Understanding of the interconnectedness and key initiatives of business, marketing, media, digital, and e-commerce functions. + Expertise in core business processes, including media planning, digital planning, performance marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), influencer marketing, and integrated communication planning. + Knowledge of current consumer, marketing, and media trends, as well as emerging digital trends, platforms, data/technology advancements, AI, and digital content. Digital certifications from Google and Meta are preferred. + Practical experience in media planning, strategy, digital strategy, digital execution, performance marketing, and utilizing Google, Meta, and TikTok dashboards. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Power BI, and various digital platforms. Additional Notes: 1. Brand & Marketing experience would also add strategic depth to the candidate 2. Highly analytical skills would be required 3. Exposure on creative & content development will also be an add on
