We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role ofAssistant Manager Mobile Sales, Puchong.

Principal Responsibilities:

Responsible for all the sales activities at Mobile Sales and to manage the sales force, in order to achieve the assigned team targets Contributing towards the Mobile Sales bottom line, whilst maintaining his/her own selling/cross-selling skills in order to confidently coach and counsel members of the sales team. Develops sales plans which are corresponds to Wealth and Personal Banking business and ensures effective implementation of business strategies to maximize profitability and attainment of strategic and operating objectivesUndertake product sales using EDRAS based sales process to discover and manage customer needsEnsure delivery of a consistently excellent customer experienceImplement Group mandates on risk management and regulatory complianceActively refer Premier and Wealth opportunities to branches etc based on customer need
