THE JOB:The primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager at Noodles is to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain high food quality standards. They assist in inventory control, scheduling, and resolving any customer or staff issues, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
