Ensure an exceptional customer experience, including visual execution/standards and customer engagementCreate a culture of recognition and accountability that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales resultsBuild and retain a high-performance customer-focused team through training, development and performance managementAssess and analyze business trends utilizing all available reporting to problem solve at the department/category level and take appropriate actionUtilize all company tools and training resources to educate the team on product knowledge and visual presentation skills; validate execution of visual certification routinesManage publication calendar and delivery schedule to effectively plan and execute all visual workload; partner with Operations and Freight Flow Managers to effectively schedule for all workloadResponsible for organizing, planning and execution of all signage and graphics in partnership with entire management teamEstablish and maintain strong inventory management and data integrity routines, including expiry management and MOS routinesResponsible for deployment and management of company outreach initiatives, inclusive of designers, decorators and caterersAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned by and in the absence of Store ManagerSKILLS / KNOWLEDGE
Leadership skills including: Excellent Customer Experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem solving and sound decision making skills that align with strategic initiatives, effective delegation and validation and the ability to efficiently execute daily prioritiesMinimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends depending upon the needs of the businessAbility to lift up to 40lbsPay Range is: $19.75-$22.75/Hr.
Hourly Pay Range is $21.66-$25.66All associates receive paid sick leave (one hour for every 30 hours worked), and up to 3 days of paid bereavement leave.. Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan with partial company matching.
In addition, Full-time associates receive 5 days of paid vacation, 8 paid Holidays, 3 paid Floating Holidays, up to 2 additional days of paid bereavement leave, and up to 5 days of paid jury duty leave. Full-time associates (and their families) are offered medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
