Job DescriptionTo be in charge of arranging and organizing monthly welfare activities for all the team membersTo be in charge of arranging monthly birthday gatherings, celebration, functions and CSR activities.To be in charge of team member accomodation and lead the housing team.To assist in all activities concerning team members, employment contract administration, performance management, medical insurance, and administration.To implement P&C operational policies and processes, ensuring that these are adhered to and continually updated.To coordinate the communication with all departments of nH Boat Lagoon Phuket ResortTo implement corporate policies and procedures on compensation and benefits, including approved incentive schemes on a regular basis to be rolled out.Assist in communication of key messages to all team members. Promote team members communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from team members.

QualificationsAt least 2 years experience in People & Culture / Human Resources, preferably in a resortAble to host events and lead a teamAble to plan and execute activities and functionsUnderstanding of HR policies and processes.Good understanding of Maldives labor law.Familiar with Immigration processes Aptitude to learn and become expert in Fusion as our P&C systemStrong in written and spoken EnglishOrganized, self-disciplined, focused, accurate.Act with personal professionalism and integrity at all timesDisplay a positive attitude, even under pressure

Additional InformationFluency in Thai to ensure effective communication with clients and team members.Familiarity with Thai cultural practices and nuances to enhance service quality and guest experiences.Experience in the hospitality or service industry, preferably with exposure to Thai or Southeast Asian markets.Educational background in business, hospitality, culinary arts, or related fields, with a focus on Thai or Southeast Asian cultures as an advantage.
