Assistant Manager - Operations (Professional Tools)

We are looking for an Operation Manager with broad experience in handling daily office activity, warehouse management, inventory management, order placement and coordination and handling office administration related job at our Bengaluru location.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Timely manage material ordering to Principal Maintain minimum stock of Key articles, dispose and control excess stock. Plan timely dispatches and deliveries in co-ordination with ASM, Dealers to meet monthly sales target. Responsible for Imports of products from PTS, PTE & PT USA. Co-ordination with IC Exports team for dispatch clearance and communication  Rate negotiations & agreements with FF like DHL, FedEx etc. Co-ordinate with dealer, ASM & local delivery companies for timely dispatches of material from PTI to dealers & customers Support in new product development for Indian Market/Co-ordination with PTE, PTS team on product requirement, target pricing. Mainly on Indian Pump Participate Trade Shows and manage Demo Product Provide technical support to sales team & customers on products and PT portfolio, solution. Due Diligence, Agreements with Vendors & Partners, Act as Gatekeeper for Business Unit Manage tender authorization and renew business license.  Manage office administration. Provide weekly and monthly reporting of orders, sales, operational performance. Manage assembling stock, testing, quality, and dispatch and BOM Management for consumption.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree in engineering / BBA / MBA / PGDBM Ability to deal with conflicting priorities from internal stakeholders and demonstrate resilience and strong influencing skills to manage these effectively. Confidence and interpersonal/communication skills to work and influence at all levels.  Experience of working in matrix organization. Willing to travel in the region if required.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

A minimum of  8-10 years of relevant work experience in order management, logistics, marketing, legal & administration related job. Proficient in PC skills and application software like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization to meet milestones.
