Assistant Manager Orderbook Fulfillment

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

 

The purpose of the Order Book Fulfillment Assistant Manager-KA is to support the company’s goal of being the preferred partner by providing supports to key accounts customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Overall manage the KA customers’ order book including sales order, return order, take back, and delivery claim. Ensure the whole ordering /returning process are properly authorized before process, all the transaction should strictly follow the rule of policy and procedures. Give on- job coaching to team members, make sure no interruption to the business. Coordinates and communicates with account managers and customers on issues related to orders, payment and delivery of goods Following the inspection case by government authorities and other inspection depts. Communicates special programs, including close-out & EPR, to customers Communicates marketing information such as campaign info, customer specific info, POS specific information to customers Trains customers to maximize the use of adiPortal, and is first line of support for adiPortal related issues Files all customer documents including sales contract, pre-order and prop -order confirmation Cleans up customer backlogs Customer order fulfillment reports generation and optimization

Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Access Fluency in both oral and written English Outstanding communication skills Proactive, energetic, warm and enthusiastic
