FUNCTION INTRODUCTION
Unilever International (UI) is the white space partner for Unilever across many countries across the globe. Founded in 2012, Unilever International (UI) was set up to serve emerging – and fast-growing – geographies, consumers, customers, and channels worldwide that were created by trends like globalization, migration, travel and digital commerce.
At Supply Chain, we plan, deliver and serve underserved customers and consumers by bringing brands and products globally in single and/or multiple markets, collaborating with business development managers and external distribution partners.
JOB PURPOSE
Unilever International is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world. The AM Quality plays an important role in embedding and influencing Quality in the Business Unit (Unilever International), working alongside the BU’s cross-functional and leadership teams as well as quality teams from other Business Units and Business Groups. The main responsibility is E2E quality, providing direction and leadership that drives a positive, consumer focused quality improvement culture. In addition, it supports innovation and transformation teams, manufacturing sites, and suppliers in a truly collaborative quality partnership. The AM-Quality shares knowledge and helps with the upskilling across the BU and quality teams from other business units (including Market Quality Operations). The AM-Quality co-creates processes and ways-of-working for the Business Unit, takes the lead on initiatives to improve quality in the Business Unit and is responsible for all the BGs within his/her cluster for Unilever International. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) business experience in Quality or Manufacturing
Fluent in English
University degree in general sciences or technical discipline (preferred: Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, Food Science or Microbiology degree)
Preferably a trained Auditor: Internal UL, ISO22000 / ISO22716 / BRC
Willingness to business travel (20-30%)
