Assistant Manager Quality Assurance Actions

This Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance is responsible for, monitoring actual service quality against internal and external service provider commitments. Planning and executing service quality assessments and problem investigation/resolution. Managing application system security and related control programs. Effective reporting and communications to management, internal staff, vendors and major clients. Managing functions and controls associated with provider maintenance.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead, and coordinate a distributed quality control team that manage quality and control processing for claims.

Monitor performance of the business area.

Pro-actively conduct trend analysis to identify processing/procedural issues, causal factors, and work collaboratively with operations teams and BUs to implement corrective steps to eliminate the potential for re-occurrence.

Performance and talent management including job family development and succession planning.

Required Qualifications:

2-3 Years people leader experience

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

College Graduate

Superior oral and written communication skills

Lean Six Sigma Trained /Certified
