CaroMont Health is hiring a FULL-TIME Assistant Nurse Manager to work NIGHT shifts in our Critical Care Unit at our NEW CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Belmont, NC!

 

Sign-on Bonus up to $13,000 based on experience!

 

Assistant Nurse Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

Provides leadership, manages, and coordinates activities of an assigned nursing department. Participates in the coordination of patient care and departmental activities consistent with the corporate, division, and departmental mission statement and values.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license). BSN preferred. Two years progressive nursing experience in an acute hospital preferred with outstanding leadership skills documented. Thorough knowledge of specialty nursing principles, methods, and techniques. Able to deal tactfully with staff, patients, physicians, ancillary professionals, and families. Considerable ability to manage, coach, and provide a motivated environment. Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke, NRP, STABLE or TNCC as required by specialty.
