Assistant Manager - Room Service, Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur
**Description:** You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Room Service is responsible for overseeing the efficient and high-quality delivery of food and beverage services to guest rooms, in line with Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, maximizing revenue, maintaining quality standards, and meeting financial targets. **Qualifications:** + Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia. + Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management. + Work experience in Room Service / F&B Outlet in the hotel/restaurant industry is preferred. + Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and culinary trends as well as sales and marketing strategies to promote room service offerings, attract guests, and increase revenue, utilizing innovative promotional campaigns and upselling techniques. + Good leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential. **Primary Location:** MY-10-Kuala Lumpur **Organization:** Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Food and Beverage **Req ID:** KUA002192 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
