Assistant Manager - Sales
Job Summary:

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:  Manages Order Inflow and Revenue for AP/T Region for C&S Works Closely with other Emerson BUs for major Cross Selling Opportunities Completes C&S Customer Base Management Achieves the Monthly and Weekly and Yearly POR Commit for Sales with close to 95% Accuracy Achieves Linearity is Product Sales so as to ensure smooth revenue and AR PD Management Undertakes Planned Customer Connect Activities on a regular with efficient CRM initiatives Ensures and maintains good interpersonal relationship within the BU and also partners to ensure an amicable and cohesive sales growth environment Who You Are:

You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish. You formulate a clear strategy and maps the aggressive steps that will clearly accelerate the organization toward its strategic goals.

For This Role, You Will Need: Minimum 6 to 8 years of professional experience in handling Sales of PLC and SCADA from Industrial Automation business Basic Knowledge of PLCs and Major PLC Brands Customer Potential for PLC /SCADA business in AP Overall understanding of the Process and Discrete Industry Outlook in AP/T Sales Area Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or any related field. Strong understanding of Telugu and ability to speak the language
