Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales goals Lead the marketing efforts to promote Wind Turbine products and services, including online and offline campaigns Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectives Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate performance and make strategic recommendations for improvement Stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to adjust strategies accordingly Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our Wind Turbine solutions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing (preferred)
