Job Description
The Salon Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Salons and ensure that all standards are maintained by staff. This position is also responsible for providing leadership to enhance employee engagement and guest satisfaction
Job Responsibilities:
Manage tasks necessary for daily salon operationsOrder and stock both backbar and retail inventoryMaintain inventory for suppliesConduct employee feedback and counselingService and address guests and guest issuesCoordinate any work or maintenance in the Salon facilityMonitor and assist employees when neededAssist with interviewing and hiringAssist with staff meetingsAssist at reception desk when neededAssist with special projects and eventsQualificationsExperience in a supervisory position at a luxury resortHigh school diploma or the equivalentExcellent customer service skills and telephone etiquetteProficiency in MS OfficeAlcohol Awareness (TAM) cardHealth Card (food handler’s card)21 years of age or olderAdditional Information
