Ideally with a professional diploma or certification in Safety and Security. At least 2-3 years of experience in a security management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.Experience managing security teams and overseeing safety protocolsFamiliarity with security systems and surveillance equipment (CCTV, access control, etc.)Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are an asset.Ability to handle emergency situations and communicate clearly under pressure.Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, staff, and external agencies.
