Get to Know the Team

Our Finance Team has multiple responsibilities which includes leading, auditing, accounting, and controlling our finances. We manage the business’ money and producing financial statement of the business. ​

 

Get to Know the Role 

Tax Compliance

Preparation and filing of all tax returns and submission of other schedules / reports to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tax-related activitiesEnsure tax accounts are well monitored and up to dateImprove tax savings and compliance projectsCollaborate with finance and tax on several automation projectsKeep updated on latest tax regulations and issuance

You'll report to the Manager, Finance - Ta and will work from our Ortigas office, leading a team under your guidance.

 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Manage BIR tax assessments

Coordinate BIR personnel and tax consultantsEnsure submission of documents, schedules and other requirementsProvide reconciliation during tax assessments. If needed, prepare company position paper and response letters.

Business Partnership

Collaborate with other finance professionals and business operations teamProvide guidance / explanation of tax concepts and requirements to clients and stakeholdersSupport in the registration of branches and other administrative office with BIR

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (Certified Public Accountant license is required)At least 4 years of experience and in-depth understanding of tax laws and regulationsExperienced in handling tax auditsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesPossess project management skillsProficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office SuiteExperience using AI tools
