Assistant Manager Terminal Customer Services
Department: Terminal Operations Position: Assistant Manager Terminal Customer Services Location: LHE - Airport Number Of Openings: 1 Description: Report timely on duty, with proper uniform and groomed.
2. Maintain close liaison and excellent working relationship with CAA, ASF and other agencies at
the Airport.
3. Ensure duty allocation is properly prepared.
4. Ensure traffic staff is properly dressed and available for duty as per roster and duty allocation'
5. Ensure proper pre/post flight briefings are being conducted by shift in charge in the presence of
Airside team for the planning of smooth and on-time flight departure. Any instruction or
messages by GMTO or any higher management is discussed in meeting.
6. Maintain a high Degree of motivation and cordial working relationship among the staff.
7. Keep close coordination with flight coordinator and if any delay contact MAO.
8. Ensure all revenue and flight closing documents are prepared and uploaded in acloud.
9. Keep a record and action taken on all meet and assist special request and Guest complains.
10. Ensure accurate entries in the log book of any action to be taken by the lncoming shift.
11. Maintain incoming/outgoing flight files/record and ensure that all relevant papers are properly
uploaded with paper closing document.
12. Ensure high standard services to the guest.
13. Ensure all possible efforts are made by the team for on time closure of csunters and for on
timed departure.
14. Accountable for baggage during his duty timings and keeps close coordination with the
departments.
15. Ensure the availability for assistance of guest with baggage team in case of any
offloading of baggage occurred and help requested by Baggage team.
16. Staff leave recommendation must be sent to Manager Airport Operation.
17. HRM & safety reports must be raised against incident if occurred.
18. Timely informed Manager Airport Operation regarding the delay/diversion and any operation
disturbance.
19. Any other duty/assignment ordered by DTO,MAO   Position Qualification Requirements include: Highest educational degree awarded: Bachelors Degree Work Experience in Similar Position: 6-9 years
