Assistant Manager - TG Analysis
Position Summary Primary Responsibility Assist to establish gaming reporting and analytics input for all related business areas and prepare reports for review by management. Daily tasks include yielding and providing recommendations for table games profit maximization by leveraging forecasts and analyses including pricing optimizations, competitive sets, and dilution and displacement evaluations. Analyze data from various sources to infer, predict and recommend relevant and actionable insights pertaining to Table games profit maximization.  Develop predictive and optimization models; measure model performance and validity using statistical techniques. Conduct necessary data mining and develop machine learning algorithms (e.g., time series, linear regressions, etc.) to identify trends. Apply Machine learning on Table games optimization model development and perform advance analytic analysis. Translate complex datasets, statistical analyses and models into reporting within business intelligence software for distribution.  Present and communicate to business partners and Management on required analytics and reporting work Review and validate KPI data, interpret prevailing trends and prepare reports for management review. Review and perform cost benefit analysis feasibility study related to table operation projects and / or programs Supervise, train and provide guidance to team members with established training structure Implement robust maintenance and documentation process to facilitate efficient work environment Requirements Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science or Mathematics is preferred Minimum 3 to 5 years of analytical experience in finance, analytics or strategic function is preferred Experience with data, statistical, and data visualization tools. Strong technical skill on MS SQL server, data mining, SAS, MATLAB, PowerBI, SSRS, Python, Excel and PowerPoint etc. Candidates must have excellent English writing and presentation skills. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, team building, and problem solving skills
