Assistant Manager-Ticketing & Box Office
Position Summary

The Assistant Manager shall work collaboratively with Executive Manager for the day to day box office operations, system event configuration and ticket sales execution for delivering smooth and successful guest experience, leading to a maximum show watching enjoyment experience to all concert and event audiences and visiting guests at Galaxy Arena.

Primary Responsibility To lead a ticketing service team on the day to day operation aspect and monitor the team to follow the performance indicators set out and striving to maintain a culture of excellence To test the functionality of the system and complete event build with ticket software vendor To assist to maintain accurate product configuration of all events in the ticketing system To identify, monitor and review with Finance team on daily dispute cases. To assist Executive Manager in managing all Arena events using ticketing software on the planning, ordering, distributing and accounting for ticket sales through various sales channels, as well as maintain seating plans To establish and review operational policies and procedures for operations To supervise activities of Box Office staff including ticket sales, settlement and staff training To analyse and plan for operational manning, equipment, supplies and services and take appropriate action based on provided budget To develop, update and maintain all Standard Operating Procedures including the ticketing system break down procedures To evaluate and resolves problems presented by Box Office staff and ensures the effective solution of any issues encountered by a guest To handle guest complaints in a professional manner To assist in the management, coaching and development of Box Office staff to ensure competency and delivering of excellence Asian Heart service Requirements Minimum 5 years of Box Office supervisory experience within a similar venue.   Previous experience within an arena or theatre is an advantage. Knowledge and experience with ticketing system. Excellent leadership and management skills. Manage to work under pressure and extensive hours. Good team player with analytical and innovative ideas.
