Job Description

Operation of Utilities : Operation and maintenance  utility systems for pharmaceutical production, including HVAC, water systems, steam, and compressed air, Nitrogen , Fire hydrant system , ETP and STP.Maintenance and Upgrades: Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of utility equipment to ensure optimal performance.Compliance: Ensure all utility systems comply with industry standards and regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with utility systems to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all procedures, maintenance activities, and compliance checks.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as production and quality assurance, to support overall manufacturing goals.Energy – Conservation of Energy and implementation of saving projects with ROI.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, or Electrical field).Experience: Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment, particularly with utility systems.Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of GMP, and proficiency in utility system design and maintenance.

Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of utility systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing.Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and improve utility system performance.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
