Assistant Managers:

Manage the restaurant operations in conjunction with, or in the absence of, the Restaurant ManagerFind, train, develop and recognize the best peopleManage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer serviceServe as a strong role model for other employeesDemonstrate a strong awareness and concern for food quality and safety

   

The Musts:

High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred3+ years of experience as an Assistant Manager with some P&L responsibilityAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishAt least 18 years of ageAbility to lift and carry 10-65 lbs.Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
