Job SummaryThe Assistant Brand Manager will provide critical support to the regional marketing team in driving brand growth and achieving business objectives. This role will be instrumental in conducting market research, analyzing data, and supporting the execution of key marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, this role will also work to support the broader Home Appliances marketing team across a variety of key strategic initiatives.
Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis, including:
Analyzing market trends, industry trends, and competitor performance across key metrics (e.g., market share, distribution gains, new product launches, pricing). Identifying market gaps, white space opportunities, and areas for brand differentiation. Preparing presentations and reports summarizing key findings and recommendations.Creation Of Commercialized Assets:
Assist with the development of product materials, including presentations, sell sheets, heads to heads, and spec sheets to ensure we have a bank of resources for sell-in at key strategic customer meetings. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and product knowledge. Support the development and execution of point-of-sale (POS) displays and materials to drive in-store conversions.Regional Marketing Support:
Coordinate sample requests and packaging materials for sales presentations and customer meetings. Maintain accurate and up-to-date product catalog information across all categories, including pricing and distribution. Lead the product seeding process to ensure all new products have adequate initial ratings and reviews at launch Collaborate with the full regional marketing team by creating creative briefs and tickets to support the development of essential marketing materials. Education and Experience Profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for brands and a strong interest in the consumer goods industry.
