Get to Know the Role
We're looking for a full-stack marketing profile to develop & deploy co-marketing activities between Grab & FMCG brand partners. You will report to the Marketing Head; work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work onsite at Grab office, Mapletree Business Centre, District 7, HCMC.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Main in-charge for JBP with main (FMCG) brand partners to co-grow & co-win, through:
Define opportunities, develop strategy & establish framework to drive business growth for Grab and brand partners.Pitch brand partners to collaborate with GrabBring to life via joint agenda between Grab and brand partners (full funnel activities from awareness, digital sampling to conversion & loyalty) on Grab ecosystem and brand partners' channels (O2O)Performance tracking and review by weekly, monthly, quarterly cadence; decode insights & learnings to form strategic moves for following projectsChampion in developing new Marketing innovations and platforms: Identify insights and opportunities, then bringing to life innovative co-marketing platforms between Grab and brand partners end to end.
Everyday Stakeholders:
External: (FMCG) Brand partners, (advertising & media) agency partners
Internal: Commercial team, Ads team, PR team & other Grab Marketing teams (local & regional)
QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration, proficiency in English, 2.5+ years of relevant experience as fulltime employee (preferably ABM/ME of FMCG brands, integrated strategic planner, or brand partnership).Strong business sense to spot and seize opportunities for mutual goals.Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop brand partnership frameworks and packages.Good knowledge of ads, media landscape, digital trends, and e-commerce.Proficient in data analysis to unlock applicable insights.Hiring process highlight: Screening assignment required to shortlist candidates for interviewAdditional InformationLife at Grab
