Assist with managing Microsoft Exchange Email and associated Spam Filtering servicesTroubleshoot communications issues across network resourcesManage VSphere VCenter Manage DNS, DHCP and VPN environments. Maintain network User administration, file storage and security using active directory.Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to internal QPS employees.
Requirements
Associates Degree in Computer/Information Science or Information System Management, or equivalent experienceA minimum of 5 years overall experience in the IT field includingExperience working in a production corporate IT environment performing network administration/technical duties.Knowledge of VMWare applicationsKnowledge of Microsoft Server applicationsStrong knowledge of Active Directory/group policyAdvanced knowledge of event log troubleshootingBasic knowledge of Microsoft Exchange or equivalent email platformAdvanced knowledge of TCP/IP, general network protocols and topologies
