Assistant Nurse Manager, ANM- NICU
Job Summary Relocation up to $7,500! + Schedule : Full Time, 40 hours, 3:00 PM -3:00 AM. Three 12 hour shifts with additional four hours for paperwork etc built into FTE. Monday-Friday with some weekend call (averages at 1 weekend per month), holiday rotiation required. + Department : Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) + Title: Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM)- p rovides clinical and administrative leadership at the unit level. + Location : Forsyth Medical Center, Winston Salem, NC + Unit Info: P rovides expert, around-the-clock intensive care for premature and seriously ill babies born or transferred here from outlying counties. Our specialized team works to help bring little ones home as soon as possible. + Requirements: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required, BSN preferred. Current RN licensure required. Qualifications + Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, required. Graduate Degree, preferred. + Experience: + Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. + Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: + Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. + NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. + Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications. + Additional Skills Required: Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
