Graduate Degree, preferred. + **Experience:** Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. Prior demonstrated nursing leadership, preferred. + **Licensure/Certification:** Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Unit/Dept Specific Required Certifications. + **Additional Skills (required):** Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
