The successful candidate has a solid track record in operations management and finance in a healthcare setting e.g. nursing home, hospital, etc. Riverside has a fun, family-oriented environment. The successful Assistant NHA will possess solid interpersonal skills and **be located within a 45-minute max commute of the Center in East Hartford.** **The Assistant Administrator will be expected to oversee and manage Non-Unionized departments e.g. Maintenance, Environmental Services, and Dietary. Day to day responsibilities include Budgeting, managing departmental staff and the PPD (cost per patient day).** **What You'll Do:** As an Assistant Nursing Home Administrator, you will help leading the the day-to-day operations of the facility.
