What will I be doing?
As an Assistant IT Manager, you will assist the IT Manager in maintaining and improving IT systems, ensuring the smooth operation of technology across the hotel. These efforts will be fulfilled timely, within budget, and in accordance with IT operating standards. Specifically your responsibilities will include:

\n\nProviding reliable operational support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, aiming to minimize system downtime.\nAssisting in the daily operations of the IT Department.\nRecord all issues that arise and advise the IT Manager of any issues that need further attention\nHelping to identify current and future IT needs and contributing to solutions.\nCommunicate with the hotel Business Center Team to respond to any Guest-related IT requirements\n

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

\n\nPrevious experience in an IT support or assistant role, preferably in the hotel, leisure, and/or service sector \nExperience of all Microsoft systems\nExperience working with hotel applications like Opera and Micros preffered.\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills.\nCurrent technical skills and knowledge of technology\nA willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to the success of the IT team.\n\n
