About this role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Omnichannel CRM Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. As a successful candidate, you will be accountable for developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies across multiple channels to enhance brand loyalty, improve consumer experience, and drive business growth.
You will be responsible for:
Omni-channel CRM Strategic Planning
Develop and execute omni-channel CRM strategies and yearly plan across multiple platforms and consumer touchpoints.Collaborate with brand teams, commercial channels, and cross functions to develop a competitive plan and set up the omni-channel CRM membership benefits system.Omni-channel Full Model Membership Design and Operation Management
Recruit and retain quality member assets across multiple commercial channels and consumer connection touchpoints.Based on international spirits business model, design full model CRM loyalty program and drive consumer lifetime value growth.Formulate and execute omni-channel membership communication strategies, using efficient approaches to retarget and enhance member lifecycle management.Design project measurements and manage membership operation performance with result-driven mindset.Brand Membership Experience Design and Community Management
Recruit and retain brand quality member assets via brand integrated marketing activations.Based on consumer insights, build and cultivate core consumers’ community to enhance brand awareness, brand education, brand loyalty, and brand contribution to business.Social Commerce Platform Membership Operation
Develop and implement E2E membership experience strategies specifically tailored for the Douyin, Red and other social platforms.Leverage platform features and user behavior data to enhance member interaction and conversion.AI-driven Digital CRM Innovation:
Explore and apply AI technologies in digital CRM operations.Drive innovation in membership operations using data analytics and AI tools.Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all CRM activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.Identify and mitigate operational risks.Experience / Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Must have experience in Social CRM, preferably with experience in Omi-channel CRM management and digital campaign.Hands-on experience directly managing WeChat Membership Mini Program or similar platforms.Strong knowledge of the omni-channel CRM ecosystem, digital trends and market dynamics.Proven track record of successful membership program management.Data-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Working with Us
