The Assistant Outlet Manager is responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the designated food & beverage outlet\. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains brand standards, and drives team performance while optimizing revenue and efficiency\. ### **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in managing all outlet operations, ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction\. + Supervise, train, and mentor the outlet team to maintain a high level of performance and engagement\. + Collaborate with the culinary team to enhance menu offerings and ensure quality consistency\. + Monitor inventory, costs, and wastage to optimize financial performance\. + Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations in compliance with local and brand standards\. + Address guest feedback and handle service recovery to enhance the guest experience\. + Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and dining experiences\. + Ensure seamless coordination between front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house operations\. + Support the Outlet Manager in budget planning, forecasting, and cost control initiatives\. + Maintain strong supplier relationships and oversee procurement of F&B supplies\. ### **Qualifications & Experience:** + Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred\. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage management within a luxury resort or hotel\. + Strong leadership and team development skills\. + Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and industry trends\. + Financial acumen and experience in cost control and revenue optimization\. + Exceptional communication and problem\-solving skills\. + Ability to work under pressure in a remote island setting\. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant hospitality systems\. + Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage\. ### **Why Join Us?** At Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island, we offer a unique opportunity to be part of an exclusive luxury hospitality experience in a stunning, remote island setting\.
