Working across multiple head-to-toe product teams, this role will help drive product, enabling athletes to perform to their highest capacity in any athletic endeavor. This individual supports the business through data management, sample management, and execution of the fundamentals of product creation. It requires cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, planning, design, and development teams, and regional partners. **Your Impact** + Build world-class product: Work closely with design and product teammates throughout the creation process to understand how to drive your business by building profitable, market-right, and consumer-right products that align with department and company financial targets. + Drive the business: Responsibilities include outlining and managing seasonal business plans for growth opportunities based on the product range (styles/skus), price positioning, channel distribution, and delivery launch. + Data and systems management: Oversee, manage, and ensure all systems data is up-to-date and inputted on time. + Connect with the Athlete and Marketplace: Become the Global Football and Track & Field category expert through consistent athlete feedback and market analysis. Travel locally and regionally to work with, observe, and gain crucial athlete insights informing and influencing products. Drive trend insights via market observations. + Develop business acumen: Partner with planners, merchandisers, sales, and PLM/SPLM to develop a strong understanding of the numbers. Learn how to analyze and articulate information around bookings, sales, and trends to inform future line plan decisions. **Qualifications** + Strong presentation, time management, collaboration and influencing skills. + "Win together” team player attitude. + Instinct and passion for great product; strong product point of view. + Deep commitment to gain knowledge of the Team Sports athlete and the market. + Ability to multitask and prioritize independently in a highly competitive and fast paced environment. + Strong analytical skills and financial acumen; demonstrated by the ability to analyze and make recommendations that are consist with the brand; critical thinker. + Strong communication skills with the ability to indirectly influence a variety of job functions without having full ownership. + Demonstrated ability to problem solve, serves up calculated business risks and new ideas proven relationship builder. + Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel). + 1-3 years of product or related experience. **Workplace Location** + **Location:** This individual must reside within commuting distance from our **Baltimore, Maryland** office. + **Return to Work Designation:** **Three (3)** days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote. + **Travel:** 5-10% of the year **Relocation** + No relocation provided **Base Compensation** $70,906.00 - $97,496.30 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
