The Assistant Preconstruction Manager is responsible for assisting with the delivery of preconstruction services for projects; providing input, coordination and problem solving, at all stages of design. The Assistant Preconstruction Manager is charged with providing support to the Preconstruction Manager, guiding projects through the preconstruction / design phase, while maintaining each project’s desired program, scope, and quality, to ensure effective schedule and cost control. In this role you may be required to travel up to 10% of the time.

Bachelor's Degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field1-4 years of experience within a Pre-construction/Estimating environment, working with large commercial or industrial projects.Knowledge of principles and practices of construction cost estimating, conceptual budgeting, and scheduling.Proficient in MS OfficeExperience working with Sketchup, Revit, VICO, NavisWorks, On-Screen Take-Off and SuretrakValid Driver's License requiredPhysical Demands and Working Environment:
