Procurement Collaborative Manufacturing is a dynamic and strategic function that plays a crucial role in ensuring the Company's success. As a CM procurement professional, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing and managing the essential Finished Goods for Consumers. This role offers the opportunity to build valuable relationships with suppliers, develop strong negotiation and business development skills, support in implementation of key value projects for Business and contribute to cost-saving initiatives that directly impact the Company's performance.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Support and contribute to the development and execution of Beauty and Wellbeing Finished Goods sourcing strategiesManage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, service, and cost requirements are metPlan and execute the tendering process and subsequent analysis of prices and commercials, including supplier discussions and visitsNegotiate contracts, business terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favourable agreementsMonitor market trends, identify potential supply chain risks, and develop mitigation strategiesContinuously evaluate procurement and business data and identify opportunities for improvementImplement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall business performanceWork closely with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of supply network and innovation projectsAssist in preparing and delivering presentations and updates for both internal and external stakeholdersWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain management, or a related field Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and procurement best practicesExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliersAnalytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisionsSkills
