The compensation for the Assistant Production Manager position ranges from $20 to $24 per hour, depending on the candidate's experience.

 

As an Assistant Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting production operations, ensuring quality control, and overseeing safety coordination.

 

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the production team to streamline operations, optimize processes, and meet production targets.Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.Ensure projects are completed to schedule expectation.Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of equipment, lifts, booms, etc.Keeping production / scheduling team informed of project(s) status.Act as the safety coordinator, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety training.Demonstrate excellent communication skills to interact with installers, team members, and management. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both in person and over the phone.

Preferred Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish.Previous experience in a production management or related role.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
