Oregon Health and Sciences University seeks applicants for a full-time Assistant Professor of Neuro-Oncology for a joint program between the Departments of Neurosurgery, Neurology and the Knight Cancer Institute at Oregon Health & Science University. Responsibilities include management, treatment and follow up care of patients with brain tumors; leadership and participation in clinical trials; teaching medical students, residents and fellows; inpatient attending rotations on the neuro-oncology service and shared night/weekend call. This position includes the opportunity to develop a scholarly program in neuro-oncology research. Academic duties include teaching at all levels in the care of patients with brain and CNS tumors and engaging in scholarly activities relating to the Neuro-oncology subspecialty.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: MD or foreign equivalent. Fellowship in Neuro-Oncology. Must have or be eligible for an unrestricted Oregon Medical License. Must have or be eligible for board certification in oncology or neurology. Please email resume or CV to waldoh@ohsu.edu.
