Assistant Professor/ Clinical Faculty in the School of Occupational Therapy

The School of Occupational Therapy at Belmont University is seeking applications for a non-tenure track, 12- month, clinical faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor beginning August 1, 2024. 

Job responsibilities include direct, onsite supervision of Level II OTD fieldwork students at community-based partner agencies serving pediatric, adolescent, and/or young adult/adult populations. Clinical faculty will work with OTD students in the field during the Summer and Fall semester Level II clinical rotations. In the Spring semester, clinical faculty will supervise and co-teach Level I fieldwork experiences and seminars related to their expertise. Clinical faculty will also serve as faculty mentors for the OTD Spring Capstone courses. Clinical faculty will report to the Chair and PD of the OTD program and work in close collaboration with the OTD Academic Fieldwork Coordinator and support team.

OTD or progress toward a terminal degree is required; teaching experience or OT student supervision equivalent is strongly preferred.
