The Department of Psychology at Russell Sage College (RSC) invites potential candidates to apply for a full-time, tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level, effective Fall 2025.
The selected candidate will teach courses in-person and online in our MA in Community Psychology and MA in Mental Health Counseling and Community Psychology programs. This position may also include teaching undergraduate courses.
Additional duties include advising, supervising field work, student recruitment, and institutional service.
The estimated base academic year salary for this position is $55,000, commensurate with experience.
Job Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess a Ph.D. in Community Psychology, or a related discipline; evidence of, or the potential for, teaching excellence; and an active program of scholarship. Ideal candidates will have expertise in prevention, community-based intervention, and/or program evaluation.
