Assistant Program Manager​

Location: Glynco, GA

Clearance: Public Trust

 

​​Support the Program Manager for all contractor personnel assigned to the task order, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising on-going business and technical efforts, and managing overall task order performance. 

Responsibilities ​​Support overall management and daily operations of the technical team.  ​Ensures technical solutions and schedules are implemented in a timely manner.  ​Support enterprise wide integration planning and interfaces with other functional areas and entities to coordinate solutions and activities.  ​Support problem documentation / tracking / management / resolution; resource coordination and delivery for all tasks.  ​Support training the Team to achieve an excellent customer satisfaction rating, interfaces with the customer and stakeholders to obtain level of satisfaction feedback. ​Draft task order deliverables. ​Support On-boarding new contractor personnel through all requirements to include standard security and building procedures.  Qualifications

Required:

 

​​Bachelor's degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline ​Five (5) or more years of IT Service Desk managerial experience  ​Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly articulate technical and strategic level matters to a variety of audiences. ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. ​ 

 

Preferred:

 

Microsoft Certified Help Desk Professional ITIL v4 Foundation Certified  CompTIA, Security + and A+ Certified
