Located in Fitchurg, MA, this position is responsible for the safety and security of all youth as assigned and provides and ensures therapeutic interventions in a compassionate and safe environment. **Qualifications** **Job Requirements:** + Must be 21 years of age or older + Drivers license required. + Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related degree require + 1 year previous experience working with individuals with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders **required** . + One year of relevant experience in a supervisory role _preferred_ + **Must be MAPS certified, or able to obtain certification with 90 days of employment** **Schedule:** + **2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday - Friday, 8AM - 4PM, in Rutland, MA** Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
